Families are encouraged to join a park district naturalist each Saturday morning throughout the summer, rain or shine. Explore nature through a variety of activities including hikes, scavenger hunts, fishing, and live animal presentations. A different activity will be offered each week. Dress to be outdoors. No registration is necessary.
Families are invited to join a naturalist for an exploration of the creek. Come get right into the water and mud as we explore with dip nets. Wear old clothing and water shoes, rubber boots, or old gym shoes. Parents might want to pack an extra outfit for the ride home.

HURRAY, SUMMER IS HERE!!!! Come out and play in the parks! Join a naturalist for some all-time favorite nature games –Red squirrel, grey squirrel; Birds & Worms; Oh Deer!; Turtles & Hawks etc. These are active group games so bring your friends.
