New scientific research is showing that a connection to the natural world is crucial for our health and well-being. Join us for a presentation about the health benefits of being in nature. Learn how to decrease your stress hormones, your blood pressure, and your feelings of anxiety by simply be spending time outdoors. A gentle slow walk will be offered after the presentation to allow you to experience the calm and peace that nature can provide. This program is designed for adults. Register by July 26.
