Health Through Nature

Scientists are finding that a connection to the natural world is crucial for our health and well-being. Join a naturalist on the first Tuesday evening of each month this summer to reap the health benefits of being in nature as we mindfully use our senses during slow-paced activities. Experience the calm and peace that nature provides as you decrease your stress hormones. (This is not a typical naturalist-led hike.) Register online or by calling 419-221-1232 by May 28.
