Maple Syrup 101

Learn about the biology of maple syrup, some of its cultural history, and enjoy a short hike through the woods to see where it all begins! We’ll highlight how maple syrup has played a large role in the 50-year history of the Park District. Be prepared for the weather and ground conditions. Limited space, register online by Mar. 4.
