Perseid Meteor Shower

Wednesday night members of the Lima Astronomical Society will be present with telescopes to help the public watch the annual meteor shower and other nights objects. Bring bug spray, lawn chairs, ground blanket, and a light jacket for comfort. This event is dependent on weather and cloud cover and often continues into the morning hours! Check the Lima Astronomical Society Facebook page in case the event is cancelled due to weather. Register by Aug 10.
