SUNRISE HIKE

Celebrate the shortest day of the year with a hike in the Park Districts first park! Marking the start of winter, the winter solstice means longer days ahead as our part of the earth tilts back toward the warmth of the sun. We’ll meet near the parking lot and take a trail that overlooks the prairie as the sun breaks the horizon. Be prepared for the weather and ground conditions. Register by Dec 20.
