An event every week that begins at 1:30 pm on [day], repeating until October 24, 2017
Learn to “flow like water,” quiet your mind, and improve your balance as you participate in an 11 week Tai Chi class. You will learn a “short form”, Sun style, which is ideal for those with arthritis and balance issues. Meet every Tuesday evening from September 12 – October 24 at the Ottawa Metro Park Amphitheater, and every Tuesday evening in November at the MEEC. Instructor: Mary Lou Paisley.
