TAKE A CHILD OUTSIDE!

Take a Child Outside is a national movement designed to help children develop a better understanding and appreciation of the environment in which they live and a burgeoning Enthusiasm for its exploration. Going outside connects children to the natural world, helps kids focus in school and reduces the changes of obesity, hyperactivity and depression. Join a park naturalist anytime between 6-8 pm at Hermon Woodlands “Imaginature” playscape to have fun playing outdoors, completing a scavenger hike, or reading the story on the Storybook Trail.
